Arsenal, Newcastle, Cabaye, Pardew,

According to the Hartlepool Mail the Gunners have made a second bid for Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye after the northeast club rejected an offer of £10 million made just before their crushing defeat to Manchester City, something that manager Alan Pardew was very vocal in his condemnation over.

“The situation with Yohan is on-going. We’ve had one bid, and we’ve turned it down. That’s all I can comment on with Yohan,” said Newcastle manager Alan Pardew.

Pardew added that Newcastle have a “game plan” for the final days of the transfer window.
