Italian sports newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport is today reporting that Inter Milan has almost wrapped up a deal that will see Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski moving to the San Siro in January on a six month loan.
The news broke on Saturday following Inter Milan director, Piero Ausilio’s meeting with the Arsenal Hierarchy in London.
Gazzetta dello Sport note that the Italians want an option to be able to sign the German international in the summer proving things work out between him and the club.
Moneywise Inter will pay between 1€ and 2€ for the loan and then a purchase price of 6€ million.
