Arsenal football club and manger Arsene Wenger in particular are well known for spotting young talent, but believe they can do more to make sure the world’s best young players join Arsenal’s academy rather than one of their rivals.
With this in mind Arsenal is looking to entice Leicester City’s head technical scouting Ben Wrigglesworth and scout Steve Walsh to jump ship and join them in North London as the Gunners plan to bolster their global scouting footprint.
