Palermo striker Paulo Dybala has the attention of all the top clubs in Europe after having scored 13 goals in Serie A for the Sicilians this season, yet appears to be a little hesitant about leaving Italy to play in another league.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are said to be involved in talks for the 21-year-old Argentinian, yet Palermo club president Maurizio Zamparin says none of the foreign teams are leading the race to sign the player he calls the “next Messi”.

“Inter and Juve are the teams who want the player the most,” Zamparini told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“Napoli moved for him a while ago, but with their current strikers it’s not a priority. Juventus and Inter are the most in need.”

When asked a couple of days ago about PSG’s interest the Italian said he would ask for another £10 million euro’s before letting Dybala move to Paris.

“I’m in contact with the player’s agent and with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi,” the Zamparini told Telefoot. “For PSG, he would be a good investment for the future. For me, he is the new Messi. Today, how much

would you pay for Barcelona’s Argentine? €200 million? €300 million? And even at that price, would he be sold? Messi is worth an entire team and Dybala is this kind of player.

“I want €40 million for him but I asked Nasser for €50 million. The boy’s agents have already travelled to Paris to talk to the club but Dybala has some doubts because there are already great players there.”

With so many interested clubs this transfer still has a long way to go, but it is 100% certain Dybala will move clubs this summer.
