Argentinian Winger Angel Di Maria has told Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal, that if he is going to be sold he would prefer to return to Real Madrid rather than start over again at French Champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Manchester United’s £59.7 million British record signing Angel Di Maria’s future is up in the air after a disappointing first season in the Premiership, and while the Argentinian winger rests up on holiday after having made it to the final of the Copa America, he still does not know where he will be playing football next season.
Current rumours are linking him to a move to PSG as part of a deal that will see Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani sign for the Red Devils.
According to reports Di Maria’s wife Jorgelina Cardoso, is not happy in Manchester and would prefer to return to the life the family had in Spain before moving to England, putting added pressure on the 27-year-old winger to see if he could somehow return to Real Madrid.
There has been no reaction to the rumour from the Spanish giants as to whether they would be open to taking Di Maria back, but as things stand right now it would appear as if Paris is his best option if he wants to leave Manchester.
