According to reports 25-year-old Dinamo Kiev winger Andriy Yarmolenko is ready to make a £19 million move to Chelsea rather than Liverpool despite the Merseyside club having tracked him since last year.

Chelsea meanwhile are also interested after having seen the exciting player score 15 goals in just 29 matches, and know he would much prefer a move to London rather than the Northwest.

La Liga side Valencia are also thought to be interested in the Ukrainian international and like Chelsea look set to be in next seasons Champions League which at the moment seems a long shot for Liverpool.

Reds boss Brendan Rodgers has apparently turned his attention to Ligue 1 top scorer Alexandre Lacazette who has netted an incredible 24 goals for Lyon and is looking for a move away from France.

“Between England and Spain, I don’t have a preference. I dreamt about Barca when I was little, but once you grow up you know you cannot be on just one club,” Lacazette explained.

“I will not be leaving for the sake of it, I have medium and long term aims, after that we will see what is best for me.”
